Who Is NovaStack Systems? A 43-Second Look at How We Build

Most agency introductions take five minutes to say very little. We tried to do the opposite: state what we build, who builds it, and what we commit to — in the time it takes to read a couple of paragraphs.

The film runs 43 seconds and has no soundtrack, so it is safe to play in an open-plan office. Everything it says is on screen. Below it, we have written out the detail behind each frame, because a claim in motion graphics is easy to make and harder to stand behind.

A founder-led engineering studio

NovaStack Systems is run by the two people who write the code. Ansa Ghafoor leads architecture, client strategy and delivery; Muhammad Ahtasham builds the web, AI and eCommerce systems and the infrastructure underneath them.

That structure is the point, not a limitation. There is no account manager relaying your requirements to a delivery team you never meet, and no junior developer learning your codebase on your budget. When you raise a problem, you are talking to the person who can fix it that afternoon.

What we design and build

The film moves through four lines of work. Each maps to a service, and each has a page with the detail:

• SaaS platforms — multi-tenant products with billing, roles and analytics, architected to scale with your users rather than to be rebuilt at your first growth spurt.
• AI agents — LLM-powered agents and RAG workflows that automate real business operations, not demos that fall over on the second edge case.
• Shopify storefronts — high-converting Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, going headless when the requirement actually justifies it.
• Web and mobile products — full-stack web applications and iOS or Android products, cloud-native from day one.

Senior engineers on every line of code

The engineering section of the film splits our work into three layers, which is genuinely how we think about a build:

• Foundation — code, APIs, data and cloud. The parts that are expensive to change later, so they get decided first.
• Intelligence — AI agents, inference and RAG. Added where they remove real work, not where they make a good screenshot.
• Product — SaaS, dashboards and automation. The surface your users and your staff actually touch.

Skipping the foundation layer to reach the product layer faster is the most common way a build becomes unmaintainable. Our six-step delivery process exists to stop that happening on our own projects.

Built to scale

The film counts up to three numbers: 60+ projects, 15+ countries and 6+ years of engineering. They are the same figures we publish across the site, and they cover work from full-stack platforms to WordPress builds.

The specifics are more useful than the totals, so the case studies name the client, the problem and the stack every time — a national training platform for PFTP Education, brand and lead systems for SkyElectric and Mayfair Foods, and a donation platform for the non-profit SafaidPosh. We also have our own product, Approvalane, in development.

If a number on a software company's site is not attached to a named project you can open in a browser, it is worth asking about. Ours are.

How we work

The last section of the film makes three commitments. These are the ones we would want a supplier to make to us:

1. Ship in weeks, not quarters. Two-week sprints with staging previews from day one, so you see the product moving rather than waiting for a reveal.
2. Built for production load. Testing, security review and monitoring are part of the build, not a phase that gets cut when the deadline tightens.
3. Direct access to the builders. You have the founders' numbers. That is the whole escalation path.
